KENLY — A Fayetteville man was arrested Friday after a high-speed pursuit following a traffic stop on Interstate 95, resulting in the seizure of marijuana, authorities said.
Officer Reed of the Kenly Police Department was conducting a traffic stop along I-95 when a passing vehicle failed to move over as required by law. He then initiated a stop on the vehicle.
