STUART — The Spice & Tea Exchange, a shop and tea bar selling more than 100 fine spices, 80 varieties of loose-leaf tea, 130 custom-made spice blends, and 30 types of naturally flavored sugars and salts from around the world, is coming to downtown Stuart this spring.
Inventory also includes grains, pastas, honeys, olive oils, and kitchen and tea accessories.
