PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — A local artist’s tribute to Iryna Zarutska has found new life on Federal Hill after the original project downtown was stopped in its tracks.
Following the removal of the mural from its initial location, Opa the Phoenician stepped in to offer its own wall for the project.
