The staff at Draft Day were taken by surprise last month when they discovered the owner was behind on rent and the bar would soon close.
Draft Day quietly closed in mid-March at 1130 Dublin Rd., less than a year after opening. No public announcement was made by the restaurant, outside of a note left on the door confirming the closure.
