Two Ohio residents are facing charges in Ontario County following an investigation into a reported altercation involving a child more than a year ago.
Jessica Lyn Thomas, 31, of South Lebanon, Ohio, and Michael Tyler Thomas, 30, of Morrow, Ohio, were arrested April 5 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities said the charges stem from a physical altercation that occurred in the Village of Clifton Springs on Dec. 11, 2024. Investigators noted that details of the incident were not reported to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office until approximately one year later…
