Western Michigan University’s College of Aviation Alpha Eta Rho (AHP) chapter is hosting their Annual Fly-In April 12 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.. The event will be hosted at Battle Creek Executive Airport (KBTL) and will consist of family-friendly activities and lunch for sale, giving attendees a chance to visit the aviation campus, and learn more about the program.
“The event helps spread the knowledge of our aviation program by giving people a chance to see it firsthand,” said WMU AHP Vice President Nolan Chickering. “Visitors can explore aircrafts, try flight simulators, and talk directly with students about their experiences. It’s a great way to show what makes WMU’s aviation program unique and to inspire future pilots, managers, and aviation professionals.”
Attendees will be able to get an up close view of various aircrafts from around the region, including static displays and flight simulator demonstrations…
