RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Dozens lined Monument Avenue in their Sunday best and Easter bonnets to celebrate Easter Sunday.
The annual “Easter on Parade” brought out families and first-timers, all focused on celebrating community. Rain dampened the turnout compared to last year, but those who attended said they made sure to be out because the day is all about community.
The rain didn’t stop the smiles or the drinks from pouring at the Easter on Parade.
