An area state representative is unhappy with a bill vetoed by Governor Tony Evers a couple of weeks ago.
State Representative Ron Tusler’s bill, which he called the Red Tap Reset, would have challenged “old and outdated government regulations that make it tough for Wisconsinites to do business.”
The Harrison Republican says Assembly Bill 275 would have required the state government to pay for legal fees if a resident has been subjected to an unnecessary rule and is part of the “solution to gutting the state’s old rules and letting Wisconsinites govern their own lives.”…
