WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) — West Allis has been voted the winner of the 10th annual Strongest Town Contest, defeating 15 other North American cities in the bracket-style tournament, the organization announced Monday, April 6.
The city beat Spokane, Washington in the Elite Eight and Chicago in the Final Four before taking the championship over Madison. Voting took place over four rounds throughout March.
