U.S. Marshals last week arrested 23-year-old Emmeline Kenealy of the Boulder Hill neighborhood in the 0-99 block of Woodridge Road.
Kenealy was wanted on warrants for failure to register as a sex offender. The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office says the arrest was the result of an investigation that began last December.
Kenealy was taken into custody Tuesday without incident. She was transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville and later released on pretrial conditions…
