SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Shreveport Police are searching for a driver involved in a deadly hit-and-run.
The incident occurred late Friday, April 3, on Interstate 20 East near Monkhouse Drive. When officers arrived, they found a motorcycle crash scene. According to the Shreveport Police Department (SPD), fire crews were already on the scene providing first aid. The victim was transported to Ochsner LSU Health, where he was pronounced dead.
According to police, the motorcyclist was traveling east on Interstate 20 when he lost control and crashed. Upon impact, he was thrown into the roadway. While lying in the road, the victim was struck by a passing vehicle that did not stop and fled the scene…
