TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department have arrested two people they say stole from the closed Tulsa Promenade Mall Sunday night.
According to the report, officers patrolling outside the mall saw a flashlight shining near the north entrance of the mall. When officers arrived, they saw two people loading up a truck with furniture and other items from inside the mall.
The two suspects were taken into custody without incident…
