Greenacres man accused of firing AR-15 inches from brother-in-law’s face in dispute

GREENACRES, Fla. (CBS12) — A Greenacres man is accused of murder after he allegedly fired an AR-15 rifle inches from his brother-in-law’s face during a domestic dispute.

Deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office say that at 11:38 a.m. on Saturday, they responded to a home in Greenacres for reports of a shooting.

The caller told dispatch that his brother-in-law, later identified as 36-year-old Carlos Ines, shot him in the face, per PBSO. Law enforcement went to his residence to detain Ines, where they located a black rifle in plain view…
