Annapolis Mall is adding several new retailers and planning a larger Lululemon store as the shopping center continues its redevelopment and leasing push. Mall officials announced that Pop Mart, Aéropostale, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Miss A are all joining the tenant mix, with openings scheduled throughout 2026, while Lululemon is expected to relocate and expand in 2027.
The mall’s ownership group said the new leases are part of a broader effort to reshape the Annapolis property as a stronger regional shopping, dining, and entertainment destination serving both the Baltimore and Washington markets. Ownership partner Sandeep Mathrani said the center has more than 329,000 square feet of new retailers opening across 2026 and 2027.
New Stores Coming to Annapolis Mall
Among the most notable additions is Pop Mart, the collectible toy retailer known for its “blind box” concept. The company plans to open a 2,400-square-foot store this fall near Under Armour. The shop will carry surprise figurines and limited-edition designer toys tied to brands including MOLLY, The MONSTERS, Peach Riot, and SKULLPANDA.
Aéropostale is scheduled to open a 4,279-square-foot store next to Garage in June 2026. Abercrombie & Fitch is expected to follow with a 4,868-square-foot location across from Victoria’s Secret in November 2026. Miss A, a beauty and accessories retailer, is also planned for the mall, with officials saying the Annapolis location will be one of the brand’s first 100 stores in the country.
