Two men have been arrested and charged in connection with a late-night gunfire exchange in a Westchester County neighborhood, including one found in a New Jersey hospital, police said.
The incident happened in New Rochelle at around 10:45 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, in the 50 block of Colonel Lee Archer Boulevard and at the intersection of Jacquetta Cole Street, according to New Rochelle Police.
