VENICE — The Venice Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying suspects in two recent theft crimes, including one that occurred in North Port, according to social media posts.
In Case No. VPD25001322, the VPD is looking for a woman about 5 feet, 2 inches to 5 feet, 6 inches tall, with brown hair and a tattoo on her left shoulder. She was accompanied by a short-haired dog on Feb. 12 when she’s suspected of using a stolen credit card to buy items at the Dollar General store on Laurel Road.
