ROCK RAPIDS—A 73-year-old Rock Rapids woman was arrested on a charge of operating while under the influence on back-to-back days.
Brenda Colleen DeBerg initially was arrested about 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, stemming from a call about her, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
