BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections has confirmed the death of an inmate at the Louisiana State Penitentiary.
According to the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Walter Davis, 37, was pronounced dead on Sunday, April 5.
