Two 16-year-old boys killed in a far West Side crash were speeding in a stolen car without headlights just before the predawn wreck, according to a newly released report.
The crash occurred about 4 a.m. March 22 in the 14800 block of Kallison Bend, in the Kallison Ranch subdivision. That’s according to a custodial death report submitted Wednesday to the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
Moments earlier, witnesses had reported a suspicious two-door sedan “slowly rolling” through Culebra Road and Blacktail Crest, in the Preserve at Culebra subdivision, as the two boys checked doors on parked cars, the report said…
