Storm Track 3 Forecast: Perfect Easter weather, rain chances this week

It would be hard to find better weather for Easter Sunday anywhere in the world! While we start off a little chilly, temperatures are set to rebound for the afternoon.

Light winds, clear skies, and highs in the upper 60s to low 70s. Make the most of it!

Chilly again tonight with lows in the 30s and 40s.

Staying mild for Monday, but winds will pick up a bit as a cold front approaches from the north.

Especially to the west and north, some gusts over 30 MPH are likely.

This drives fire danger back into portions of the area, with Fire Weather Watches in effect to the southwest.

Fire weather is less of a concern later in the week as rain chances return! Starting Tuesday with a few showers to the north, we will get more daily rain chances through next weekend.

A slow moving storm system teams up with a stationary front in the area this week to bring multiple rounds of showers and storms.

While a few strong storms are possible in the mix, this rainy stretch is expected to come with minimal chances for severe weather.
