AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — On Monday, the West Texas Ranch Rodeo released the official schedule for the 2026 rodeo.

- April 19
- 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. — Got Talent Competition in the Amarillo National Center
- April 22
- 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. — Opening Rounds of World Championship Blacksmith Competition in Vance Reed Livestock Building
- April 23
- 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. — World Championship Blacksmith Competition in Vance Reed Livestock Building
- 7 a.m. — Spring District 4-H Horse Judging Contest in Amarillo National Center
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. — Cowboy Gear Maker Classes in Amarillo National Center Classroom
- 8:30 a.m. — 4-H Range and Pasture Grass ID Competition (Livestock bldg.)
- April 24
- 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. — World Championship Blacksmith Competition in Vance Reed Livestock Building
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. — Cowboy Gear Maker Classes
- 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. — Ranch Team Arrival / Stall Check-in
- 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. — Team Check In-Sponsor Meet-n-Greet in Livestock Bldg
- 4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. — Team Meeting and Rules in Livestock Bldg
- 7 p.m. 10:30 p.m. — 1st Half of the 1st Go-Round of West Texas Ranch Rodeowith Women’s Ranch Bronc Riding
- April 25
- 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. — Final World Championship Blacksmith Competition in VanceReed Livestock Building
- 8 a.m. to Noon — Cowboy Gear Classes
- 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. — Kids Team Roping Challenge by Plains Land Bank
- 11:30 – Youth RR Teams check-in/Sponsor Meet-n-Greet in Livestock Bldg
- 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. — Youth Ranch Rodeo Rules meeting in Livestock Bldg
- 1:30 p.m. — Youth WRCA Qualifier Rodeo
- 3:30 — Winning Team Ceremony
- 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. — WTRR Youth Concert in the Dirt (ANC)
- 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. — World Championship Blacksmith Awards Banquet in VRLivestock
- 7:00 p.m. — 2nd Half of the 1st Go-Round West Texas Ranch Rodeo withWomen’s Ranch Bronc Riding
Event organizers noted tickets are available at the gate prior to each adult rodeo performance. WTRR Youth Rodeo, WCB, 4H & NHJTCA are free to enter.
