BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Construction is expected to start soon at the Livingston Parish Executive Airport in Satsuma, according to Delia Taylor, chairwoman of the Livingston Parish Airport District.
Taylor said the contract has been awarded and construction equipment is expected to be on the property by the end of April or the middle of May.
