HOUSTON — Houston police have identified a man who was killed in a hit-and-run wreck on the West Loop last month.
It happened along 610 West southbound near Westheimer on Saturday, March 28. According to investigators, the driver of a gray Chevy Malibu, identified by police as 24-year-old Sincere Barrette, was involved in a wreck with the driver of a gray Toyota Highlander. Barrette got out of his car to check on damage and was hit by another vehicle.
Paramedics pronounced Barrette dead at the scene…
