Jan C. Windbiel, 32, of Boyertown, was killed after a head-on collision in the 300 block of South Reading Avenue on Sunday, April 5 at 4:52 p.m., according to Berks County Coroner Matthew J. Stitzel.
Windbiel was driving northbound when his vehicle drifted into the southbound lane, striking an oncoming vehicle head-on, the coroner said.
