The incident was reported around 2:43 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2026, at the facility in the 11100 block of McCormick Road, where emergency crews were dispatched for a reported industrial accident, according to the Baltimore County Fire Department.
Officials initially three people were hurt in the malfunction. That was upgraded to four later in the afternoon, including one who was airlifted to the hospital with “serious injuries.”
