The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit has reversed an order vacating the death sentence for a 50-year-old Alabama man in the brutal murder of a woman in St. Clair County.
Marcus Bernard Williams was convicted in 1999 of capital murder the slaying of Melanie Rowell, a 20-year-old single mother of two.
