CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Almost 6 months after it began, we’re getting an update Monday on a project to renovate a well-traveled walking bridge along Chattanooga’s riverwalk.
On October 20th, 2025 the bridge located near the rowing center on the Riverwalk closed.
At the time, the city said it was time to replace the bridge because there was no nearby sidewalk.
The city did not suggest an alternate route for those that use the trail…
