COLUMBIA, Pa. — A Lancaster County man is facing multiple charges after police say he struck a teen with his vehicle and left the scene without stopping in an incident in Columbia last month.
Derek Mohr, 28, of Maytown, was driving with a suspended license at the time of the alleged incident, which occurred shortly after 8 p.m. on March 20, according to Columbia Borough Police.
Police found the victim, a juvenile, lying on the roadway on the 200 block of Chestnut Street. A witness told police the boy had been struck by a pickup truck as he crossed the street on a motorized scooter. The driver of the pickup did not stop to help after striking the boy, the witness reported…
