MEMPHIS, Tenn. — State officials issued an Endangered Child Alert on Monday for a nonverbal teenager last seen in Bartlett earlier in the day.
Jaquar Butler, 15, was last seen around Bartlett Boulevard and Stage Road wearing a red hoodie, black shirt and black pants, and carrying a black backpack.
