A jury was chosen Monday for the theft and corruption trial of a Wauseon man who once hosted a radio program about successful investing.
While four co-defendants in the alleged Ponzi scheme involving Northwest Capital and Sylvania-based Private Wealth Consultants have pleaded guilty to varying felony charges, Gary Rathbun, 69, is taking the 24 counts against him to trial in Lucas County Common Pleas Court.
