Schoharie, NY (WRGB) — A crash on I-88 in Schoharie temporarily shut down the highway Sunday night after a Volkswagen Jetta hit a marked Schoharie County Sheriff’s Office vehicle during a traffic stop.
The Schoharie County Sheriff’s Office said the crash happened Sunday, April 5, around 9:15 p.m. as sheriff’s deputies were conducting a traffic stop on I-88. A marked Sheriff’s Office vehicle was hit by a Volkswagen Jetta traveling eastbound.
Deputies immediately began to aid the people in the car, they were treated at the scene and taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, the Sheriff’s Office said…
