WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The former superintendent of New Hanover County Schools has been tapped to lead a proposed all-boys charter school in Wilmington.
Dr. Charles Foust will serve as superintendent of the proposed New Hope Technology Preparatory Academy (NHTPA), according to Founder and CEO Robert Campbell, who confirmed the appointment. New Hope CDC is the organization behind the school.
