A man has died following a single-vehicle crash that occurred Sunday afternoon in the Derwood area.
According to Montgomery County police, officers and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue personnel responded around 1:41pm on April 5 to the area of Crabbs Branch Way and Moccasin Lane for a reported collision.
Preliminary findings indicate the driver of a Toyota was traveling southbound on Crabbs Branch Way when, for reasons still under investigation, the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
