On a chilly Wednesday morning in early April, rain is falling, but it doesn’t dampen the mood because signs of spring are everywhere you look.
Downtown businesses have gone all out to welcome the season by taking part in Downtown Fort Wayne’s annual Window Decorating Contest.
“Fort Wayne in Bloom is really an experience of springtime happening,” says Kim McCutchan, Business Services Manager for Downtown Fort Wayne. “The theme this year is Garden Party.”
