JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (WAVE) – Indiana State Police said a Jeffersonville man was arrested early Saturday, April 4, after troopers pursued a pickup truck in Clark County.
Police said Trooper Carson Thomas tried to stop a silver Dodge Ram shortly after midnight in Jeffersonville after seeing multiple traffic violations, including crossing the center line on West 10th Street near Mechanics Street and driving 42 mph in a 35-mph zone.
According to ISP, the driver initially stopped at a red light at 10th and Spring streets, then accelerated and fled toward the I-65 southbound entrance ramp.
