SEATTLE — Washington agriculture officials are expected to continue efforts this spring to eradicate the spongy moth, targeting areas of King and Pierce counties.
The spongy moth is a nonnative invasive tree and shrub pest that has defoliated millions of acres in the eastern U.S.
