CID Murder Bust, Cops Nab Two Teens In Deadly Seattle Street Shooting

Months after a 24-year-old man was gunned down in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District, detectives say they have two suspects in custody. Seattle police report that the arrests are tied to the Sept. 22, 2025 shooting and that both individuals are now booked into the King County Jail.

Detectives: Arrests After March Search Warrants

According to the Seattle Police Department, officers picked up one suspect in Granite Falls and the other in Marysville while serving search warrants on March 27, 2026. SWAT officers, K-9 units and the Community Response Group assisted with the operation. Investigators say the arrests are connected to both a robbery and the fatal shooting in the Chinatown-International District last September.

How The 2025 Shooting Unfolded

The shooting was reported around 9:40 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2025, at 12th Avenue South and South Lane Street. Officers arrived to find an adult male with gunshot wounds and attempted life-saving measures, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
