PORTLAND, Ore. — At least five people were hospitalized Sunday night after getting trapped inside a van engulfed in flames from a crash.
Just before 8 p.m., Portland Fire & Rescue responded to reports of a van completely engulfed in flames under the Interstate 5 overpass on North Columbia Boulevard near Delta Park.
Crews reported seeing a heavy smoke column rising into the sky as they approached the crash site…
