The Prince George’s County Police Department has identified Hashim Kabbani as the pedestrian killed in Oxon Hill last week.
Officers were called around 8:40 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, to the area of St. Barnabas Road and Virginia Lane, where a pedestrian was struck and killed.
Investigators say Kabbani was struck by both vehicles in the eastbound lanes of St. Barnabas Road. Both drivers were uninjured and remained at the scene of the crash to assist with the investigation…
