A Massachusetts State Police sergeant accused of crashing his unmarked cruiser into a van in Woburn while he was drunk more than two years ago will face a judge for the first time later this month.
Scott Quigley, 41, of Woburn, faces a single motor vehicle homicide charge. He will be arraigned in Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn at 2 p.m. on April 15, court records show.
Quigley was behind the wheel of his unmarked cruiser when prosecutors say he crossed the center line on Lexington Street and slammed into an oncoming van on Dec. 12, 2023.
