FOLLY BEACH, S.C. (WCSC) — The Folly Beach Department of Public Safety said a man drowned and died on Easter despite the actions of bystanders and EMS alike.
The department was notified just before 1:15 p.m. Sunday saw a reported drowning and an unresponsive male.
