SULLIVAN’S ISLAND, S.C. (WCIV) — Two North Charleston men are now facing charges after they reportedly fled a traffic stop on Sullivan’s Island Saturday afternoon.
Early Saturday evening, officers with the Sullivan’s Island Police Department initiated a traffic stop after seeing a Ford pickup truck driving erratically, officials said. The truck fled from near the Refuel Gas Station to the Durst Family Practice, where both the driver and passenger exited to continue their escape attempt on foot, according to SIPD.
22-year-old Silvio Espinoza was the passenger in the truck and he was apprehended outside of Poe’s Tavern. He faces a charge of disorderly conduct, police said…
