FRANKLIN, Ohio (WDTN) — Two national chains are looking to build on a busy stretch of road in Franklin.
The Franklin Planning Commission will hear several cases during its meeting in the city’s municipal building at 1 Benjamin Franklin Way on Wednesday, April 8 at 5:30 p.m.
Dutch Bros Coffee and Valvoline are scheduled to be included in discussion.
