KERNERSVILLE, N.C. (WGHP) — Long-term improvements are on the way for some roads in Kernersville.
North Carolina Department of Transportation crews are in the second week of construction for traffic improvements in the area. Tree removal is underway to make space for improvements.
High Point given extension on Triangle Lake Road project funds
Department officials are making improvements to roads such as Big Mill Farm Road and Hopkins Road. The project includes widening and extending Big Mill Farm Road as well as improvements to Hopkins Road from Harmon Creek Road to West Mountain Street.
