Knoxville man searching for rightful owner of a believed to be WWII dog tag

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A Knoxville man is trying to return a World War II dog tag to its rightful owner, but he hasn’t found the family yet.

Jason Bingham said he discovered the tag while working at a home in the Bearden area. Bingham, who works for Guardian Foundation Repair, said he showed the tag to the homeowner, who told him it did not belong to him.
