Judge to decide bond for man accused in Saenger Theatre shooting

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A judge will decide if a man accused of capital murder will get bond.

Marcus Sanders is accused of shooting and killing Carl Williams III inside the Saenger Theatre last year during a packed children’s dance recital.

Whether or not bond is granted could hinge on where Carl Williams’ young daughter was when he was shot.
