LINCOLN, R.I. (WJAR) — AAA Northeast insurer Motor Cab Insurance Company will receive nearly $7 million in state tax credits for bringing 370 jobs to Rhode Island by 2030.
“We’re going to keep building this state’s economy in a way where national leaders will be establishing their footprint in our state,” said Gov. Dan McKee at a tour of the company’s new claims processing center in Lincoln on Monday.
According to MCIC’s tax credit application, 189 of the 370 positions will operate out of the Lincoln center.
