NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office (NHCSO) is searching for 15-year-old Jasmine Hill-Manning.
According to NHCSO, Hill-Manning was last seen on Monday, April 6, at around 7:15 p.m. at 7921 Champlain Dr. She was wearing a white shirt and black shorts.
