DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A driver was allegedly racing when crashing head-on into a vehicle in Steelton Borough last month, causing severe injuries to multiple people, police said.
Steelton Borough police filed charges Tuesday against 19-year-old Jonathan Hernandez-Durquiza, of Middletown, stemming from the crash on S. Front Street on March 23 around 1:50 a.m., according to court documents.
Police said, Hernandez was reportedly racing when he overtook the lane, crashing into another vehicle head-on. Witnesses reported seeing Hernandez drinking at an establishment and driving recklessly.
No other charges have been publicly filed in the crash as of Tuesday…
