2 charged after baby was hit, suffered a fractured skull during cellphone fight

A 3-month-old girl suffered a fractured skull and brain bleed in February after she was struck in the head as a Lancaster city couple fought over a cellphone, according to police.

Kimberlyn Videa-Dubon, 30, and Luis Reyes-Pagan, 46, were charged Thursday with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children. Videa-Dubon also was charged with simple assault and harassment, while Reyes-Pagan also was charged with attempted simple assault.

Both are both free on $50,000 unsecured bail and are scheduled for preliminary hearings on April 27. Neither of their attorneys responded to requests for comment Tuesday…
